Upon hearing that the guys had just gotten home from Iraq our waiter informed us that all military personnel receive 25% off of their meal and got us the head chef. Great Atmosphere, Great Service, and Great food "The building is beautiful, and gave a great first impression. Sushi is my weakness, so we opted for sushi rolls and cocktails. The server was very knowledgeable, which was refreshing. We told her what we liked and she had some great suggestions. I've had a lot of food all over the world and this was definitely some of the best. The fish was fresh and the presentation was outstanding. The pricing was a bit on the high side, but considering they are in the middle of the mountains, this is certainly understandable. Valencio is one of a Kind "We just recently moved to the area from Denver and decided to try Valencio. My family and I love to eat out and we're always looking for something new and different. Well, we found it here. The building is an architectural marvel, just beautiful. With the fire and flashing lights (not to mention a disco ball) it's sensory overload in the best way. We went on a Saturday and had a small wait, which was no problem as there was a magician making balloon sculptures; the kids (and my wife) loved it. We were seated with another family, which was nice as we love to meet new people. The server was very funny and attentive, as was the chef (Mickey Blue Eyes). The food was plentiful and very good. (We have been to many Steaks and sometimes the food is bland.)
